MEAGAN'S BIRTHDAY BASH IN LOS ANGELES - AUGUST 11, 2008 !! *
FINALLY! I have finished adding 75 images of Meagan's biggest birthday bash at The Standard Hotel in Los Angeles this past weekend. White and Gold seemed to be her fashion color for her special occasion, and tons of family and close friends were present. The ever so beautiful BAD GYRL attended and performed along with rapper Tyga. Also in attendance were BFF's Amy Corerra and Arica Adams; actors Tyrese Gibson, Marlon Wayans, Brian White, Evan Ross, Omar Benson, Marcus Paulk, Darrius Love; musicians Trey Sonz, Teairra Mari, Talib Kweli; model Melyssa Ford; and tons more surprising guests! Meagan also received a very welcoming birthday cake served by a half naked man, with her favorite cartoon character BETTY BOOP!! Overall, I would say Meagan DEFINITELY enjoyed her special day... I mean special weekend!! *
NOTE: Meagan's Birthday Celebration consisted of three different parties: one in Vegas (Friday), one in Hollywood (Saturday), and one in Los Angeles (Sunday). We have yet to collect images for the party in Vegas but hopefully will soon! Also, Meagan's mother has received the birthday project and said she loved it! We are waiting on word of Meagan seeing the project herself. =0)

DIRECTOR DAVID HACKL TALKS SAW V AND MEAGAN GOOD !! *
In an interview back in May, David Hackl was "hounded" about the upcoming Saw release. Hackl wasn't shy at all about discussing previous and newly created traps, as well as future Saw releases after Saw V. The interviewer seemed to be quite interested in Meagan alone from the other actor's in the movie and ended the interview with questions about her. YAY! Here's an incerpt of the interview on what he had to say about Meagan:
You’ve got Meagan Good; I’m not sure I’ve seen her in a horror movie before. She was stupendous.
One of the most beautiful women I’ve ever seen in a movie. Ah, not only that, but she’s a fantastic actor, really really strong, I mean her performances were just amazing. She brought so much to this, I was really pleased.
Can you tell us anything at all about her character? I’m not sure what’s out there at this point yet, so I can’t really say.
I don’t think anything. All I can say is she’s one of the people who’s in this series of traps, and has to make certain decisions that she is not very happy with.
Is she connected to Lyriq Bent’s character in the previous films? No, she’s not. Definitely not. But you never know! In SAW VIII, maybe you find out she was his sister!
THE UNBORN INTERVIEW An Interview with Meagan Good By Wilson Morales - August 4, 2008
At this year's San Diego Comic Con, Meagan Good made her first appearance to plug not only one, but two upcoming films she has coming up. Besides 'Saw V', which comes out later this year, she's also starring with Odette Yustman and Cam Gigante and Idris Elba in David Goyer's The Unborn. The story is about a young woman fighting the spirit that is slowly taking possession of her. In speaking to blackfilm.com, Good talks about her role in the film, her love for horror films, and her upcoming project as a producer.
What role do you play in the film? I play Romy who's the best friend of Casey, played by Odette Yustman. Casey believes that she's being hunted by her dead twin and I'm trying to convince her that she's not crazy. Over time things start happening and I help her get through it... I try to be her "support system."
That's sounds creepy. Did it spook you? It did a little bit especially to find out about the things that David (Goyer) had brought to the script and the diffference he had for the twins.
Did you do any research? I did some in terms of the twins stuff and whose older by how many seconds and spiritual things when one passes. We were shown pictures on people in asylums and some of them looked spooky like hands behind a shoulder... I've seen a ghost before.
When did you see a ghost? Strangely enough at Sundance... It was my first year there, and I had this apartment to myself and I was already freaked out because I was there alone and I couldn't get to sleep, and finally just when i started to fall asleep, I had this dream of two of my girlfriends staying in my room saying, 'Don't wake me up,' and I dreamed that one of them threw a cell phone above where I was sleeping to try to wake me up and I woke up right then and I thought the dream was for real and when I looked in the mirror in my room I see could see a black figure crouching in my bed where my friends would have been if it was real. The room was not dark because the TV was on and you could see everything around you. You could see reflections and then all of a sudden, it stood up really quick and ran out.
How do you get over that? I woke up. I called my mom, told her the story and she was telling me to call the manager of the festival. She wanted to come, and I told her I would have to open the door and if I do, I'll make a run for it. So I ran out the room, got another one, and was still freaked out. I never saw it again.
Like last year, Meagan and other celebrities attended various events for the Duffy's Hope Foundation held in Delaware. The events kicked off this past weekend with celebrity actors and actresses like Meagan Good, Denyce Lawton, Wesley Jonathan, Clifton Powell Norbit, Faune Chambers, Hill Harper, Vincent M. Ward, and Tequan Richmond. Special performances were by Bad Gyrl, B5, and Prymary Colorz. Thanks to Denyce Lawton (OUR NEW MG BUDDY) I have added four images of Meagan doing her thang for the Youth Summit and just hanging out with the other featured celebrites.
NOTE: I have to share this story because it was awesome! As you all should know, I have created a myspace page for MeaganOnline.Net. When I originally tried to add Denyce Lawton of course she was a bit stand offish because REAL family and friends of Meagan don't play around with FAKES just like I don't. When Dencye and I were sending messages back and fourth to figure out if I was fake or not, SHE WAS ACTUALLY ON THE PHONE WITH MEAGAN! I just thought that was awesome. =D
WILMINGTON -- It was hazy, hot and humid Saturday at Frawley Stadium, but it hardly mattered, because it was healthy, hip and hopeful, too.
About 2,400 people turned out to watch celebrities perform, play in a softball game and pose for pictures as part of a day of fun that is the annual Duffy's Hope event, now in its sixth year.
The event is coordinated by Allen "Duffy" Samuels, a former Harlem Globetrotter, recent youth intervention specialist for the Wilmington Police Department and the head of the H.O.P.E. Mentoring Program. The program is a partnership between Samuels' Duffy's Hope nonprofit group that works with at-risk poor kids from ages 12 to 15 in Wilmington and the surrounding areas, and Big Brothers Big Sisters of Delaware.
Before the game began at 7 p.m., the R&B group B5 performed in the stadium's parking lot. The national act was enough to bring Marcella Thomas and her 14-year-old daughter, Ronika Young, to Wilmington from Washington, D.C.
"I saw the Web site for the event, called the number and Duffy called me back personally with information," Thomas said. "I like to bring my daughter to see B5 because they're clean-cut kids with a good message. The fact that the ticket price goes to help youth makes it all the better."
Young was thrilled to see B5 up close performing for only several hundred people, while the rest of the crowd made their way into the stadium for the softball game. She's seen the group four times now.
"I love them," she said. "They have really good personalities, a good message -- and they're all really, really good looking."
